Dr. Pennell received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He attended the University of Missouri-St. Louis for his Doctor of Optometry and is licensed in the state of CA. His graduate experience included the management of ocular disease, and refractive surgery pre & post-op care.
