Refractive Surgery and Cataract Surgery Co-Management
Dr. Sarah Kasai is a therapeutic optometrist with extensive experience in both primary eye care and medical optometry. She specializes in post-operative management for refractive and cataract surgery patients, including Light Adjustable Lens treatments, and offers expert care for those with dry eye disease. Before joining Gordon Schanzlin New Vision Institute, Dr. Kasai practiced in diverse settings across California and Hawaii, developing a strong background in ocular disease, laser vision correction co-management, and contact lens fitting.
Dr. Kasai is known for her thorough, compassionate approach and her ability to care for a wide range of patients—from underserved populations to those navigating complex ocular conditions. Dr. Kasai enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
